Hi Wayne,
I have been away in Adelaide for a couple of weeks - my wife has had hip replacement surgery and is currently battling with a few complications as a result of the op.
I did want to take the opportunity to commend Ray in the manner that he runs the business and, in particular, I wanted to thank you for always being prepared to make the customer your priority.
I appreciate being able to get my vehicle serviced (sometimes at short notice) in a clean and efficient dealership and know that the service, or repairs, will be carried out in an expert manner.
As I don't live in Port Augusta, being left without a vehicle whilst mine is being serviced, can be a very boring experience and a waste of time - so, I really do appreciate being able to use your loan car when it is available. This enables me to get around much more conveniently to other businesses in the town and utilise my time more effectively. When a loan vehicle has not been available I have appreciated Amanda taking me into the shopping area - she has always been friendly and ever made me feel as if I was an imposition on her time.
